It is alarmingly disappointing how many parents are poorly equipped in parenthood. All you have to do is look around at both middle and high schools especially and see the behaviors of countless youths who are somewhat impotent in controlling negative emotions. Young people tend to be easily influenced by their peers against what goes against what they are taught at home. Having worked with youths for over twenty years, I’ve decided that I have more than what it takes to help parents and caregivers become promising citizens of this great country. I am both a pastor and a trained professional counselor. This Is why I’ve created YOUTH FOR EXCELLENCE. The mission is to provide early intervention services to at-risk youths and to foster open, honest, and effective communication between youths, teachers, and parents while being taught priorities, goal-setting, character, rational and appropriate decision-making, accountability and responsibility.
